2. Acceptance of Terms
- By registering an account, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Timerr platform.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to use Timerr for illegal activities, such as selling or distributing personal information, illegal products, or violating others' privacy.
- You agree not to share login credentials with unauthorized persons and to take responsibility for securing your account.

- Timerr uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your stored data complies with applicable legal obligations, including GDPR.
- By using Timerr, you acknowledge that MatSoft is not liable for any breaches caused by users failing to secure their accounts or using Timerr for unlawful activities.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments for premium features, including subscription plans, are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of an ongoing subscription. If you accidentally subscribe, you may request a refund within 24 hours, provided no premium features have been used. For more details, refer to our Refund Policy.

6. Service Availability
- Timerr strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be available 24/7 without downtime or maintenance.

- You control the personal data you collect and store and are responsible for managing it according to privacy laws. Timerr is designed to support GDPR compliance but does not take responsibility for your legal obligations.

- It is your responsibility to regularly back up your data.
